2026 Statewide DBE Workshops

Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation (HDOT), in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), is hosting statewide workshops to assist Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). These sessions will guide businesses through the Interim Final Rule (IFR) reevaluation process and provide support for new DBE applications and financing opportunities.
